About Cool Critters Outreach, LLC (CCO)

Cool Critters Outreach, LLC (CCO) was established to offer both children and adults an educational experience unlike any other. Our goal is to foster enjoyment and fun in an engaging environment, but we always prioritize safety above all else.

Animal Participation and Interaction

Since we work with live animals, we cannot guarantee which specific animals will be showcased or which ones can be touched during the program. Animals, regardless of how tame or accustomed to people they may be, can have unpredictable days and might not always cooperate as expected.  Our trained handlers ensure that everyone attending the show remains safe and has an enjoyable experience. Attendees will have opportunities to see, touch, and in some cases, even hold certain animals. Examples of animals that may be featured include reptiles, invertebrates, mammals, and others. Please note that CCO staff will maintain control of the animals at all times. Because these are live animals, CCO may require certain accommodations from your group to ensure the program runs smoothly, such as access to shade, heating, or water. Rest assured, none of the reptiles brought to any show are venomous, dangerous, or illegal.

Program Requests

By electronically signing this form, you are formally requesting a presentation by Cool Critters Outreach, LLC. The program will be delivered by one or more members of our staff. While we cannot guarantee which animals will appear, we will make every effort to honor special requests when possible. CCO reserves the right to cancel the program for any reason, including extreme temperatures, whether hot or cold.

Liability and Media Release

With your request for a presentation, you also agree not to hold Cool Critters Outreach, any CCO employee or volunteer, or the owner or employees of the venue where the show is conducted liable for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur before, during, or after the presentation.

Photos and videos taken by CCO during the event may be used for promotional purposes, including social media platforms and other marketing channels.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is due no later than the day of the program unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you need to cancel a scheduled program, a $25 cancellation fee per hour of programming may apply. Additionally, any returned checks will incur a

$25 returned check fee added to your bill.
