Cool Critters Outreach, llc (CCO) is a fun, interactive, and

educational way of looking at reptiles, amphibians & invertebrates.  It is an

opportunity to get an up-close, personal look at the fascinating

world of snakes, lizards, dragons, alligators, spiders, and more.

Our animals are rescues from the tri-state area.  Most were once pets that

their owners no longer wanted, could care for, or even just left behind

when they moved out.  Some have been confiscated by police or dropped

off at a  local SPCA.  We then take these animals in and provide them with

a loving, caring home.  We utilize some for educational programs

and others we adopt out to suitable homes.

CCO has an educational  license through the Ohio Division of

Wildlife and will come to your school, Cub Scout meeting, Girl Scout meeting,

church outing, company picnic, birthday party, festival….any event you

request…. and provide entertaining education.  This is something

that not only kids will enjoy and remember for a lifetime, but

 adults will too.

CCO is run by a staff of volunteers who dedicate their time and

money to help reptiles in need.  Our volunteers are the best

around and have a vast knowledge of information for the

care and keeping of these animals.  Whether they went to school

for veterinary care or simply have a love for these animals, we

are able to care for these animals and help those

people in need to find homes for unwanted animals or

offer helpful information for those that need it.

So what does something like this cost?  Not as much as you would

think.  Programs start at just $150.  All the money that comes in to

CCO goes towards the animals.  This helps house, feed, and care

for these animals.  Check out our Programs page and see what

 works best for you.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to meet you and your daughter yesterday for

my son Michael's fifth birthday party, and to let you know that your program was an

absolute hit.  Several parents remarked how much fun they and their children

had, and that they had never seen their little ones so engaged at a birthday party;  we were

all really impressed with how much we learned.  One mom even said that it didn't matter

how old you were, you still left learning something new.

The children had a wonderful time, and this morning at school they were all talking about

their favorite animals that you brought.  They were also telling each other things they

learned, which to me is so very cool.  You helped us give Michael a wonderful birthday party,

and also a wonderful gift of "the coolest snake ever".  We brought "Carlos" or "Reese" home last

night and introduced him to his new 55 gallon terrarium, which we allowed him to reset

in for a few hours.  We did allow Michael to take him out and play with him last night and this

morning, and he so enjoyed it.  He is really interested in learning even more about snakes

and taking care of Carlos / Reese, and I think it will be a great experience

for him.  Carlos / Reese seemed to enjoy being handled as well, and we are looking

forward to feeding him later on.

Thank you again for all of your help and for your wonderful show.  You did an amazing job

and I am looking forward to recommending your organization.  Thank you

again and I am sure we will be repeat customers at some point...Michael just

had too much fun.
